Your party will have exclusive access to one of our sports fields to enjoy the sport of your choice. With your rental you receive a maximum of a half an hour before or after rental time in the concession area to please your guest with food, drinks, and dessert. Sports include Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Roller Hockey, Lacrosse, Kickball, Dodgeball, and Wiffleball. Booking Your Party... Reserve a Spot Early With the high demand for field space at the facility, you should reserve your party as early as possible. Call the Sportsplex now and check for available times and current pricing. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. A credit card number is required to reserve a party. Full Payment is required on the date of the party. We reserve the right to bill your credit card if full payment is not received at the end of the party. Check-in When you first come in the front door, please check in at the front desk. We will then direct you to your field or court. Equipment At the start of your party, equipment will be supplied by a staff member on the field/court your party will be enjoying. Please remember, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any equipment which is lost, damaged or stolen during the course of the party. Referees/Organizer We must have at least 5 days of advanced notice to arrange for a referee. There will be an additional charge for this. Note: All food and drinks must be purchased through our concession stand in advance. You are allowed to bring in cake, ice cream, or any other dessert. Your party must also provide table covers if desired, any decorations, candles/matches, & invitations. There is a wavier required before participating. |
