Registration & Scheduling Info

Sportsplex St.Charles is dedicated to customer support. We use a software program called MySAM to help you manage your online registration and scheduling experience. MySAM is used in the registration process for all teams, leagues, classes and camps. All participants are encouraged to register with MySAM to manage their own profile and get real time up to date information for any teams, leagues, classes or camps. With MySAM you will be able to:

> Manage your team
> Pay league fees from home
> Sign-up to play on teams
> Contact team members
> See schedules and standings
> Receive email reminders about games and rentals
> Manage your family from one login..
> Sign up your kids/players
> Manage your payments
> Manage your schedule
> View schedule of games-classes..


Log in to your account:

Either click Member Login or Register Now via the Sportsplex website or visit the following link to log in: https://secure.sports-it.com/mysam/?cid=soccersuccess

If you've played in our facility before then you probably already have an account. If so, login to your account to see which classes/teams/leagues you are eligible to play . The system recognizes your age so filters your choices based on your birth date.

> If you cannot remember your login you may request your password via email.
> If you've never played in our facility you can register by entering your email to start the registration process.

Manage your Profile:

Once you have successfully logged in you will be in your Customer Profile page. Any Teams you are part of or any classes/programs you are registered in will show up on this page. You may also manage your family members on this page if they are linked to your account.

Register for a Class:

Click on the Register Link to the left of your Profile. Choose “Classes, Camps and Clinics”

Choose the person in your family you are looking to register. All appropriate classes depending on the age will populate. Find your class/program then Click ‘Register’. Add the program to your Shopping Cart and Click ‘Checkout’ to complete the registration process using your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email for the completed transaction.

Register to be a part of a team:

Click on the Register Link to the left of your Profile. Choose “Join A Team”
Choose the person in your family you are looking to register. All appropriate teams depending on the age will populate. Find your Team then Click ‘Join’. Click ‘Send Request’, this will send a message to the Team Manager for that Team. If he/she knows you or accepts you on their Team you will be notified via Email. Once you get the Email you may complete the registration process and Checkout and Pay your Team fee.

Register a new team:

Click on the Register Link to the left of your Profile. Choose “Register Your Team”
Choose the person in your family you are looking to register. All appropriate leagues/tournaments depending on the age will populate. Select the league/tournament you wish to register for and complete the registration. You will become the Team Manager and first point of contact for that Team.
